Statement by Press Secretary Peter Boogaard on Acting Secretary Beers’ Upcoming Visit to New York and Canada

On Sept. 26-27, Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Rand Beers will travel to New York and Canada. On Sept. 26, Acting Secretary Beers and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Acting Commissioner Thomas Winkowski will travel to Buffalo, N.Y. to inspect border security operations and receive operational briefings from CBP and U.S. Coast Guard employees in the region. Later that day, Acting Secretary Beers will travel to Montréal.

Global Entry Expansion Announced
