Instructions

1. Download CBP Form 262 (PDF - 1 page, 78 KB)
2. Fill out Section A ,"Shipping/Payment Details."
3. Fill out Section C, "Ship to Address." Do not use a P.O. Box.
4. Please disregard the "Available Printed Material from CBP" Section.
5. In the "Forms Order" Section, write the 8-digit publication number, the title, and the quantity of each material you would like to request. The maximum number you may request for each product is 2,000.
6. Please be sure to specify which languages you would like to request, or write "all" for all languages.
