The Categorical Exclusions Administrative Record and the Other Supporting Information contain the complete administrative record to support the categorical exclusions contained in the Directive 023-01, Environmental Planning Program. It makes reference to categorical exclusions brought into the Department by the 22 agencies that were brought together when it was formed. It also indicates which other federal agency categorical exclusions were considered as support. The Administrative Record includes excerpts from Environmental Assessments and Findings of No Significant Impact (FONSI) supporting the categorical exclusions. The Other Supporting Information contains the full text of the Environmental Assessments and Findings of No Significant Impact.
