The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Headquarters, in partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Northern Command and American Red Cross, will facilitate the Third Annual Building Resilience through Public-Private Partnerships Conference on July 30-31, 2013.  Each year, the conference attracts over 300 participants from the public and private sectors to promote innovation in furthering public-private partnerships across the homeland security enterprise.
