The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Headquarters, in partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and U.S. Northern Command, will facilitate the Third Annual Building Resilience through Public-Private Partnerships Conference July 23-24, 2013.  Each year, the conference attracts over 300 participants from the public and private sectors to promote innovation in furthering public-private partnerships across the homeland security enterprise.
