Ike Strengthening: Personal And Federal Preparedness Key

The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is coordinating the preparations of its partners in federal, state, tribal and local governments as Hurricane Ike is now expected to impact Texas and Louisiana tomorrow, with the storm bringing rain and wind to additional states as it moves inland.
