Press Update: Secretary and Mexican Finance Minister Sign Trade and Security Agreement

Secretary Janet Napolitano and Mexican Minister of Finance and Public Credit Agustín Carstens signed a Letter of Intent that will strengthen bilateral cooperation between the United States and Mexico. The agreement aims to increase security in both countries and facilitate the flow of legal travel and trade. The agreement builds upon an unprecedented level of collaboration between the two nations and provides a roadmap for critical bi-national initiatives between the U.S. and Mexico.
Specifically, the agreement seeks to strengthen border enforcement by creating a framework for establishing bi-national Port Security Management Committees, developing a joint implementation plan for cooperative capacity building, and increasing trade facilitation between the two nations through increased information sharing and a harmonized customs clearance process.

More talk than action as usual from our Government. Thanks so much to President Obama for appointing a Gov. from Arizona who couldn't even control her own Border problems to controlling all of the borders.
It must take a certain kind of idiot to make such a profound choice in Janet Napolitano.
And the Government wonders why Americans have lost faith in their ability to govern.

While transparency plays an important role in keeping citizens of the US informed on government activities, I feel it is inappropriate to have certain levels and categories of information available to the local, regional, national and international terrorists. Therefore, I hope you are not planning on divulging top secret information (is any still exists in the current administration) to the parties and governments that work diligently to destroy America. Or perhaps report inaccurate information just to keep the terrorists confused? Does such transparency equate to public disclosure of DHS salaries? Your response is appreciated.

PLEASE! How ignorant does DHS think we are? (don't answer that) We should not be "cooperating" on ANY level with Mexico until they control the murder and mayhem being generated by general government corruption (at all levels, I'm sure) and the subhumans who comprise the drug cartels! WHY MUST WE CRAWL BETWEEN THE SHEETS WITH MEXICO, ANYWAY? (don't answer that) If ever there could have been a further degeneration (from GWB) of homeland security policies of the once strong, and honorable U.S.A., it's apparently arrived in the body of Barack Hussein Obama and his Socialist agenda! God help America! God bless America and her people. I hope that revolution we all hear about is materializing as we flounder under this regime. LEGALIZE THE CONSTITUTION!!! I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK!!!
