Answering your Questions
Last week, the Secretary delivered remarks via webcast to talk with the American public about cybersecurity, and to answer the public’s questions on the topic. We received many more questions than the Secretary had time for that morning, but she wanted to make sure we answered as many possible.
So today, Secretary Napolitano sat down to do just that. Check out the Secretary's video below.

I am so delighted by Secretary Napolitano's refreshing behavior. Most public officials try their best to do everything but answer a direct question. The fact that she went back and took the time to answer additional questions is really great. Thank you!

Totally self-serving and no surprise

Agreed. She was a dynamic attorney general and governor for that very reason. Though she is a politician she truly cares about her constituents!

I think it's great how Secretary Napolitano and her supporting team convey a thoroughly informative segment on cybersecurity, targeted for the average computer user.
The added captions shows a great effort to keep disabled audiences in mind, something worthy of applause.
Great lighting for the video as well!
I'm very happy with the way DHS is starting to use new medias to inform the public! Keep it up!

I appreciated this web cast because I can share it with my clients. I also appreciated the Secretary's attitude which the average person can relate to, on what many consider to be a rather boring topic.

I am not sure if this is the correct format, but I have a question. It seems that every time we have a security incident at an airport terminal we move everyone back out into a non-secure area. My question is this. If we move so many people out of the secure area and they are all bunched up in this area, a few hundred at a time, couldn't this potentially become a better and easier target for a bomber? If you remember back in the 80's were we had terrorists shooting and using grenades to kill people in airport terminals. Just imagine how many people could be killed today by one or two suicide bombers. I continue to see this on television and in reporting via the media. Signed a concerned citizen. Jason
