    Is Secretary Napolitano's address from Oct 20th at 11AM EDT going to be posted for viewing from a recorded archive?

    There was some interruption in the stream here and some of the presentation was missed, and we wanted to be able to view the entire event.

    If some means becomes available I would appreciate notice on when, where and how to access it.
