The White House posted this video on their site not long ago. We encourage you to check it out. It features the Secretary at an event hosted by Michelle Obama for women serving in the military.

Outstanding gathering of very special warriors. Wish some of the anti government mudslingers would watch more of what is available to everyone. They might even begin to understand the undermining their barbs are causing in our national development and security.

Great post. Great video. The contributions to our security by women in all agencies and military branches (including the intelligence field) should be recognized.

I think women are starting to get more recognition, as they should.

They are very much equal to men in almost everything...wherever there are inequalities, they are meant to be. Gender differences allow for that.

As far as strength and service and military know-how goes, I am confident that a woman or a man can serve equally.

Great Video about Michelle inviting women serving in the military to tea at the White House and recognizes their accomplishments as well as the inspiration they provide to women of all ages.
Te contribution of women to the security agencies should be recognized more often.
