U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations Executive Director for Planning, Program, Analysis, and Evaluation Colleen Manaher addresses the work of CBP, particularly with regard to CBP’s development of the minimum standards and best practices for the issuance of cross border travel documents through the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), CBP’s Trusted Traveler Programs and the use of biometrics to secure these programs.
