Secretary Napolitano to Tour Three States on First Trip

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will tour Kentucky, Kansas and Iowa next week during her first trip as Secretary, observing the continuing federal response to regional ice storms and focusing on preparation for the upcoming flood and tornado seasons.

During her trip, the Secretary will tour areas damaged by severe winter weather, meet with partners from state and local governments and visit with emergency management workers in those states.
