Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - Today, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Charles Johnson traveled to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to meet with Interior Minister his Royal Highness Mohammed bin Nayef to discuss security priorities, including counterterrorism, law enforcement and cybersecurity, as well as cooperative efforts to ensure our common security interests.

“The Department of Homeland Security is committed to strong international partnerships to address our common goals of combating threats.  Saudi Arabia is one of our oldest and committed partners, and this visit underscored the importance of this relationship. This was my second meeting with Prince Mohammed since coming to office five months ago. I believe we are building an excellent personal and working relationship and I believe we can accomplish much together," said Secretary Johnson.
