“T Nonimmigrant Status Immigration Relief for Victims of Human Trafficking” This video, created by USCIS, informs the public and victims on how victims of human trafficking can receive a T visa. Hidden in Plain Sight

Don't Be Fooled

“Don’t Be Fooled” This public service announcement, created by CBP, educates the public on human trafficking in targeted communities throughout the country, and is intended to encourage the general public to be vigilant and report suspected cases of human trafficking. This PSA was created and adapted by CBP from those previously used in Central American and Mexico to raise awareness among potential victims of human trafficking.  Available for free viewing on the Blue Campaign website.

DHS has training materials available for your use, both in online interactive modules and videos and on one-page sheets, to provide awareness to general and more specific audiences.

DHS General Awareness Training

“DHS General Awareness Training” This free, online, interactive training, developed through collaboration by DHS and the Department of State, educates individuals on the issue of human trafficking (including the different kinds and industries involved), the indicators of human trafficking, and how to report it. The 20-minute training is easily accessible and available for free on the Blue Campaign website.

“Law Enforcement Training” DHS provides a web-based training course to law enforcement officials to train officers on recognizing human trafficking and responding appropriately.
This interactive, 30-40 minute course is based on four videos depicting human trafficking scenarios law enforcement officers may encounter during routine duties. The training is law enforcement sensitive and available on the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Electronic Learning Portal for law enforcement officials through the Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS).
To establish training authorization and apply for account with RISS, visit http://www.riss.net/Centers/Centers. Select the RISS Center based on your agency’s physical location. Click on the email address and send a request to establish an account. Please reference your need to access the Electronic Learning Portal as the basis for establishing a RISS account. 

Federal Acquisition Workforce Training

“Federal Acquisition Workforce Training"  The Combating Human Trafficking Training for Acquisitions Personnel is specifically tailored for the U.S. Government acquisition workforce on combating human trafficking using the pertinent provisions of the federal acquisition regulations (FAR). The FAR provides remedies for the acquisition workforce to use against contractors who engage in human trafficking, including debarment. This short video defines human trafficking and details the rules and responsibilities of the federal government in regards to reporting requirements for human trafficking. Available to federal acquisitions professionals through the Federal Acquisition Institute Training Application System (FAITAS)

Human Trafficking ‘Coffee Break’ Training

“Human Trafficking ‘Coffee Break’ Training”  This one-page sheet is your guide to conducting your own five-minute “general awareness training” training on human trafficking, whether with coworkers, employees, friends, or other groups.
