U.S. Korean Trusted Traveler Program Begins. CBP Acting Commissioner David Aguilar, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, Republic of Korea Minister of Justice Jae Jin Kwon and members of the Korean delegation cut a ceremonial ribbon opening the first reciprocal trusted traveler program the U.S. has with Asia, at Washington Dulles International Airport.
