DHS/ALL/PIA-020 Financial Disclosure Management (FDM)

The Ethics Division of the Office of General Counsel (OGC) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is publishing this update to the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) for the Financial Disclosure Management System (FDMS)1 dated September 30, 2008. FDMS is a web-based initiative developed to provide a mechanism for individuals to complete, sign, review, and file financial disclosure reports, first required by Title I of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978. This update will extend coverage to the personally identifiable information (PII) collected in Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports (OGE Form 450). November 2009
