Secretary Napolitano signed the June 2012 High Dollar Overpayments Report on October 4, 2012.   The Department is required to publicly post this report within 15-days of signing. 

RM&A submitted the report to the Accessibility Help Desk, which provided a 508 compliant version of the five page document (one page signed memo and four page report), which needs to go over to the Office of Public Affairs for posting to the Department's public website.  Attached is a PDF version of the signed memo and MS Excel version of the underlying four page report.
