Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson today announced the release of Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 Notices of Funding Opportunity for nine DHS preparedness grant programs totaling more than $1.6 billion. This week, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson met with Vietnam Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang to discuss a range of global security-related priorities, and expanding homeland security cooperation between the United States and Vietnam. A bill funding the Department for the entire Fiscal Year 2015 is now on its way to the President for signature. It is a good bill, which provides $39.7 billion to fund vital homeland security missions.
