Wireless Priority Service (WPS) is widely available from AT&T, Cellcom, C Spire, SouthernLINC, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless. Cellular service provider participation in the WPS program is voluntary.
Additional information on WPS service providers can be found by clicking on the appropriate carrier name below:
How do I request WPS?
Organizations designate points of contact (POCs), who request WPS by logging in to the WPS web site and submitting online requests. Contact cellular service provider representatives to discuss WPS coverage areas, costs, and other service information. Note that carrier personnel are unable to process direct user requests for WPS. Additional information can be found on the Request WPS page.
How do I change service providers?
To transfer a WPS-enabled phone to a new network, the user must contact the organizational POC, who will log in to the WPS web site and submit a transfer request online. Once notified that the transfer is complete, the user should test the device to ensure WPS is working.
