The Ombudsman is an independent, confidential, and impartial resource. There is no fee for Ombudsman assistance.
If you have a problem with your USCIS application or petition that you have not been able to resolve with USCIS, the Ombudsman may be able to help.
The Ombudsman recommends ways to fix systemic problems that people commonly face when they seek services from USCIS.
