The Secretary's Efficiency Task Force toured the St. Elizabeths Campus on October 9th, 2009.","DHS MGMT - GSA Central Office is sponsoring a pre-apprenticeship program in the National Capital Region with the next class beginning November 2, 2009. This is a 6 week course providing a $50/day stipend with training in construction industry orientation, tools and materials, job placement assistance, Blueprint reading, CPR and first aid certification, OSHA 10 certification and job readiness. GSA has funded the program for up to 220 individuals.
