o Award a design/build contract for approximately $7.6 million for the Maida, ND land port of entry. 
o Procure contractor services for information technology support of the Program Management and Reporting System. The value of this procurement is $900,000. 
o Release a Request for Proposal for Mobile Surveillance Capability units, which are mobile systems for detecting, identifying, classifying, and tracking items of interest—providing Border Patrol with the flexibility to rapidly fill gaps or augment the coverage of fixed surveillance assets.
o Initiate land acquisition negotiations at the following land ports of entry: Antler, ND; Carbury, ND; Sherwood, ND; Westhope, ND; and Whitetail, MT. 
o Conduct site visits for the following three design/build land ports of entry projects: Boundary, WA; Del Bonita, MT; and Los Ebanos, TX. These site visits are intended to educate vendors on CBP port operations, port conditions, and the acquisition process for the planned design/build construction contracts. Upon completion of site visits, CBP will distribute Phase 2 Requests for Proposals (RFP) to vendors selected through a down-select process based upon their qualifications submitted within the Phase 1 proposals. Phase 2 RFPs will request price proposals from each of the vendors selected in the down-select process.
