Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff will return to Texas tomorrow morning to observe recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike. He will first travel to Houston and meet with local officials at the emergency operations center. Secretary Chertoff will then travel to Galveston to meet with local officials and also visit with evacuees in Harris County.
