Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS)
Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) is a Department-wide service contract for acquiring non-IT service solutions. This procurement effort is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with FAR 19.14.
PACTS provides a wide range of services for the Department through four comprehensive functional categories(FCs):
- FC1 – Program Management
- FC2 – Administrative
- FC3 – Clerical
- FC4 – Technical
