"Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will travel to Denver on Monday, Oct. 5, to deliver remarks to the International Association of Chiefs of Police and participate in a media availability. Secretary Napolitano will also tour the Center for Empowered Living and Learning ("The CELL")—a non-profit institution dedicated to addressing the global threat of terrorism. More details on the trip will be released once they are finalized."
