WASHINGTON – On April 20, Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly will travel to El Paso, Texas. Secretary Kelly will be joined by Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Together they will observe Southern border operations and meet with Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice personnel.
