All About NBACC
NBACC is one-of-a-kind biocontainment lab with specialized equipment and a BSL-4 security level. Scientists have been working tirelessly to learn everything they can about the virus known as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and study related environmental impacts.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) is developing research-based, mission-driven resources for decision makers and frontline workers to contribute to the nation’s comprehensive COVID-19 response efforts.
