Chemical Sector Security Summit

The Chemical Sector Security Summit is an industry-wide networking and educational event cosponsored by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Chemical Sector Coordinating Council (SCC), which consists of 16 chemical trade associations that connect to approximately 95 percent of the nation’s chemical facility owners and operators. The Summit provides a forum for representatives from the chemical community to exchange information, network with other security professionals, share best practices, learn about chemical security regulations, and gain insight into the roles of state, local, and federal agencies and departments involved in chemical security.

Update (February 2018): We are pleased to announce planning is underway for the biennial Chemical Sector Security Summit scheduled for the summer of 2019. Your continued support has made the Summit the premier event for the public-private partnership between Federal, State, local and industry stakeholders across the chemical and associated sectors. The Summit Working Group will use your valuable feedback to develop a dynamic program and build on the success of the 2017 Summit that took place in Houston, Texas.
