Where does the CAPSL fit into DHS organizationally?
The CAPSL reports directly to the Chief Procurement Officer.
How are Projects submitted to the CAPSL?
The Contracting Officer (CO) or Program Manager (PM) submits a MS Form to request CAPSL support.
