Enterprise PRISM Instance (EPI) Support Services BPA

The Enterprise PRISM Instance (EPI) Support Services BPA provides all DHS Components that use the Enterprise PRISM Instance (EPI) with access to PRISM technical support services. PRISM is an acquisition and grants lifecycle management system licensed to DHS by Compusearch. Technical support services under this BPA shall include Operations and Maintenance, financial management system integration, asset management system integration, help desk support, data migration, implementation, training, report writing, business consulting, custom user manuals, training manuals, quick reference guides, and IT security related to the operation of the DHS Enterprise PRISM instance.

Task or Delivery Order types will be specified in each individual Task or Delivery Order. This BPA provides for Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), Labor Hour (LH), or a combination of the three.

Mandatory (with exceptions)



The benefits of the BPA include:

  • Provide department-wide efficiency through consolidation of PRISM support service requirements;
  • Achieve cost savings through price discounts and negotiated task order discounts; and
  • Offer transparent program oversight and management.

Period of Performance (POP)

One base year + 4 one-year option years (9/4/2014 - 9/3/2019)
