Handheld Radiation Detectors (HRD) IDIQ

As part of the strategic sourcing initiative for detection equipment, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has established an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to allow all DHS Components to procure Basic Handheld Radiation Detection/Identification system and associated services, including warranty, product maintenance, product technical support, end-user support, training, and documentation, as needed.

Under this vehicle, Components may issue orders on a Firm Fixed Price basis.

  • Provide Components access to both current technologies and future technologies as they become available;
  • Support implementation of “One DHS” through enterprise-wide planning and purchasing; and

One base year + 4 one-year option years (9/22/2015 to 9/21/2020)
