To support Executive Order 13985, Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities through the Federal Government, and the core mission of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) of maximizing prime and subcontracting opportunities for small businesses, the OSDBU is hosting two (2) virtual Large Prime Contractor-Small Business Vendor Outreach Matchmaking Events (VOME).
The DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) has a robust Liaison Officer (LNO) Program that assigns experienced intelligence professionals to represent the Chief Intelligence Officer (CINT) and serves in organizations across the DHS, the Intelligence Community (IC), and the Department of Defense (DoD). The LNOs support the CINT in his responsibility for developing an integrated Intelligence Enterprise across DHS, providing support ranging from subject matter expertise to coordination on both tactical and strategic level intelligence activities across the Homeland Security Enterprise.
On Monday, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas swore in 33 new members of the Homeland Security Advisory Council (“the Council”) at its first meeting since its reconstitution. The Department of Homeland Security Evaluation and Evidence Plans outline areas for evidence to improve program or policy effectiveness, assess progress toward outcomes, and inform resource management. The learning agenda, annual evaluation plans, evaluation policy, and capacity assessments support the Department’s implementation of the Foundations for Evidence Based Policymaking Act of 2018 (‘Evidence Act’).

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) established a Department-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), to provide access to services to support the migration of legacy systems to the current OneNumber system, migration of the OneNumber system to the cloud to support the current OneNumber system. The BPA also reduces the overall cost for the procurement OneStream products.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) established a Department-wide Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), to provide access to Geographic Information System (GIS) software, maintenance, training, help desk, and service requirements. This BPA reduces the overall cost for the procurement of Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) products. Products and support include maintenance of existing software licenses, access to internet services for geospatial content, technical support and helpdesk services, instructor-led and internet training and access to additional GIS software licenses, including temporary licenses during an Incident of National Significance. All orders are placed by the DHS Geospatial Management Office (GMO).
