Earth Systems Sciences (ESS) is the transdisciplinary study of the structure and functioning of the Earth as an adaptive, integrated system and the interactions between environments and human and technological systems. Its goal is to produce concepts and analytical frameworks that can address issues of global change in a holistic manner.
This is to give notice that the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement – Homeland Security Investigations, as guided by Executive Order 13690 Establishing a Federal Flood Risk Management Standard and a Process for Further Soliciting and Considering Stakeholder Input and Executive Order 11988, Floodplain Management, as amended, has conducted an evaluation to determine the potential affect that its activity in the floodplain will have on the human environment.
