Microsoft Enterprise Services IDIQ

“The Department-wide Microsoft Enterprise Services contract provides Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Components with a central vehicle to access both Microsoft Consulting Services and Microsoft Premier Support. The contract provides DHS with the ability to obtain Microsoft resources to support the architectural design, knowledge transfer, new product implementation, product support, trouble-shooting, and hot-fix type issues for DHS’s existing Microsoft investments. The contract also provides DHS with access to Microsoft support for all current Microsoft technologies, cloud, As-A-Service platforms, and system integration and implementation. Microsoft Enterprise Services support may include:  

  • Microsoft based IT solutions
  • Knowledge transfer to the Government
  • Independent validation and verification services for Microsoft technologies 
  • Resources to support Microsoft based on premise and private cloud solutions
  • Enterprise strategy and information technology architecture and planning services
  • Support for cyber security services using Microsoft technologies
  • Deployment services
  • Cloud migration services
  • Development and test lab services

“Under this IDIQ, DHS components may issue a Firm-Fixed Price, Labor Hour, and Time and Materials task orders.”
