Food & water delivered to mountain residents near Villalba by Surge Capacity Force

VILLALBA, Puerto Rico – FEMA Surge Capacity Force member Edys Batista (center) carries a box containing food for residents in a remote Puerto Rican mountain community. Working in coordination with local government officials, FEMA workers delivered more than 200 boxes of food and 300 cases of water to residents of the Caonillas Abajo neighborhood on Nov. 25.
