WASHINGTON - Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson and Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas presented the Secretary’s Award Diversity Management to Ginette Avila, Alana P. Bell, Julie Comeau, Kim Porter, Roberta Vickerman, Inga Dawson, Debra Engel, Susan Hasman, Latetia Henderson, Kathie H. Kaopuiki, Karen Keys Turner, Rana L. Khan, Andrea Mishoe, Jill Vaughan, Richard St. Germain, Diane Wilson, Sterling Payne, Kara Boulter, Nov. 3, 2015. The Secretary’s Award for Diversity Management recognizes employees who have excelled in efforts to promote diversity at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security through exceptional leadership, innovation, and perseverance.
