WASHINGTON, - Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson and Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas presented the Secretary’s Meritorious Service Silver Medal to Ryan T. Howe, David R. Potvin, Jorge Tenarodriguez and Michael A. Rigsby for collaborating with international partners to bring to justice multiple foreign criminals, Nov. 3, 2015. The Secretary’s Meritorious Service Silver Medal recognizes exceptional leadership or service distinguished by achievements over time to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This award recognizes superior performance through remarkable accomplishments, business improvements, or notable resourcefulness and diligence that significantly improved the effectiveness of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in one or more program areas.
