Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) is a Department-wide service contract for acquiring non-IT service solutions. This procurement effort is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with FAR 19.14.
Effective February 6, 2015 All PACTS Contracts Expired
The PACTS contracts ordering period expired February 6, 2015; therefore, no additional Task Orders (TOs) can be issued. The period of performance (POP) for all existing TOs issued under PACTS cannot extend beyond August 5, 2015.
We look forward to the award of PACTS II during the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2016. In the interim, please coordinate with your Component Small Business Specialists to identify potential Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) who can fulfill your program management, administrative, clerical and technical services requirements. Further, please coordinate with your Component Advocate for Competition if you require mission critical service beyond August 5, 2015, and before the award of PACTS II.
