Application

The AEP Application consists of three items – an application, resume, and supervisor endorsement. Applicants are requested to submit the Application along with a copy of their resume/CV, while applicants’ supervisors should submit the Supervisor Endorsement Form. Please note – an applicant will only be considered if an application, resume, and supervisor endorsement are all provided by the deadline.

Applicants should return the completed application form, along with a resume or CV, and have their supervisors submit the completed supervisor endorsement form to aepsubmissions@hq.dhs.gov. When you press the “Submit” button on the bottom of the form, it will auto-generate an e-mail to aepsubmissions@hq.dhs.gov . You may attach your resume/CV to this e-mail. If this form does not automatically generate an email, please save and send it to aepsubmissions@hq.dhs.gov .
