SAVER Project: Handheld Lights for Law Enforcement

Handheld lights are compact, personal lights for use in tactical operations. Law enforcement personnel often use these lights by holding their handgun in one hand and their light in the other, allowing the user to illuminate areas that may or may not contain a target without pointing the weapon at that area.
