The Department of Homeland Security US Secret Service (USSS) plans to implement a Master Plan Update for the Rowley Training Center (RTC). The purpose of this study is to evaluate existing infrastructure against requirements and sequence a capital improvement program that closes capability gaps based on a stakeholder-defined vision for the USSS RTC for the next 30 years.
DHS is seeking comments from Federal, State, local agencies, Tribes, and individuals who may be interested in or affected by the proposed plan. This input will be used in preparing the Master Plan Update. We look forward to and welcome your participation in this analysis.
Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq., the draft Environmental Assessment is posted on the DHS Compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act page. Questions, comments, concerns, information, studies, or other data may be submitted by June 19, 2023. If you have comments or information relevant to the development of the Master Plan, please direct your correspondence to rtc-rtcmasteerplan@secretservice.gov.
