In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection prepared this Final Programmatic Environmental Assessment to address the potential effects of establishing Low Energy X-Ray Inspection Systems at various U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) operational areas throughout the United States.
