  • Appendix B - Forms and Templates

    The attached documents support the biggest section of the Appendix, Forms and Templates. It is here that the Committee Management Office (CMO) is able to provide any forms and templates that could be of use to you: from the creation of a committee to the termination of a committee, all information is attached.

  • Appendix C - SOP Guidance

    In Appendix C, the Committee Management Office (CMO) aims to walk you through certain processes that could be unfamiliar or daunting. From establishing or renewing a committee, to figuring out membership appointments and vetting, and finally, possibly terminating a committee - all pertinent information is attached.

  • Appendix D - Additional Guidance

    Appendix D includes any further information the Committee Management Office (CMO) believes could be helpful. From recordkeeping expectations to posting a Federal Register Notice, all additional guidance can be found attached.

  • DHS Volunteer Force Documentation

    The DHS Volunteer Force Authorization Statement is the supervisor authorization form for federal employees who want to register for the DHS Volunteer Force.  In addition, participation in the DHS Volunteer Force may require contact with CBP or ICE Detainees in the performance of your duties. As such, in accordance with 6 CFR Part 115.117 (a), you are required to answer the questions in the DHS Prison Rape Elimination Action (PREA) Form.

  • Appendix A - Executive Orders

    The Executive Orders (EO) in this section were released by President Biden in 2021.

    EO 14035 states the President's mission to include more Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal workforce.

    EO 14043 is the President's statement regarding Federal employee COVID-19 vaccination status and reporting.

The learning agenda, annual evaluation plans, evaluation policy, and capacity assessments support the Department’s implementation of the Foundations for Evidence Based Policymaking Act of 2018 (‘Evidence Act’).
