  • National Interest Exception from Presidential Proclamation 10294

On October 25, 2021, President Biden issued Presidential Proclamation 10294, entitled "Advancing the Safe Resumption of Global Travel During the COVID-19 Pandemic," which suspends and limits the entry into the United States of non-citizens by air travel who are nonimmigrants ("noncitizen nonimmigrants") and who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19. • Migrant Protection Protocols Cohort Reports

These reports describes Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) processing and outcomes for noncitizens enrolled in MPP within given time periods, summarizing information on enrollee nationalities, fear claims, vaccinations, and processing outcomes (returns to Mexico or disenrollments) by month of MPP enrollment. Additional reports will be added regularly to include information about individuals enrolled in future months along with updated information about earlier enrollees as they move through additional stages of the MPP process.

The Excel files with the readable tables may be published slightly before the narrative report is available.

  • National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin - February 7, 2022 - Translations

The Secretary of Homeland Security has issued an updated National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) Bulletin regarding the continued heightened threat environment across the United States. The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors. These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence. Mass casualty attacks and other acts of targeted violence conducted by lone offenders and small groups acting in furtherance of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances pose an ongoing threat to the nation.
