The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Chemical Security Analysis Center (CSAC) is leading the Jack Rabbit III program to study the hazards and consequences of ammonia releases through experimental research and collaboration with various partners. The program aims to enhance emergency response, security, and predictive modeling for ammonia incidents by developing data-driven mitigation strategies and improving modeling tools.
