Transition to Practice 2017 Cohort Technology Videos

The Transition to Practice (TTP) program bridges the gap between research and the marketplace by connecting federal R&D sources with the private sector and venture community to accelerate commercialization. The TTP program is leading the successful transition of federally funded cybersecurity technologies through a transition process designed to accelerate the path from lab to market and that has resulted in the commercialization of over a dozen technologies and the creation of several new startups. In 2017, TTP identified eight new promising technologies, developed by Department of Energy National Labs, Department of Defense affiliated labs, FFRDCs and academia, for inclusion in the program’s annual cohort.

For more information on TTP or any of the eight technologies contact the TTP Program at ST.TTP@hq.dhs.gov or visit the TTP web page.

2017 TTP Cohort: Akatosh
