On the Phase 1B Renovation of 6 historic buildings for Adaptive Reuse, the contractor completed earthquake and hurricane damage assessments and developed additional shoring plans for the 2nd floor of bldg 31 where lintel replacement was underway when the earthquake occurred and several existing lintels are now sagging. Missing and displaced brick were observed at the chimney of Building 34 after the earthquake and the contractor will remove and replace brick at the chimney cap. Building 37 (Auditorium) – Excavation for new footings in the basement is complete.
