5,"DHS MGMT - No changes in obligations or outlays. ARRA funds retained by DHS for execution have been fully expended. The USCG Headquarters construction continues with brick work proceeding on Building 1 with west facades of Buildings 1A and 1B nearing completion. Loading dock base slab was cast. Roofing installation is underway on Building 1. Window and curtain wall, prefabricated mechanical assembly, and drywall installation started in Building 2. Vertical construction continues and permanent power/lighting construction started in Garages 1 and 2. On the Phase 1B Renovation of 6 historic buildings for Adaptive Reuse, the contractor completed earthquake and hurricane damage assessments and developed additional shoring plans for the 2nd floor of bldg 31 where lintel replacement was underway when the earthquake occurred and several existing lintels are now sagging. Missing and displaced brick were observed at the chimney of Building 34 after the earthquake and the contractor will remove and replace brick at the chimney cap. Building 37 (Auditorium) – Excavation for new footings in the basement is complete. Building 49 (Fitness Center) – Temporary lighting has been installed.","DHS MGMT - The GSA Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) HQ Consolidation Outfitting Procurement and S1 Efficiency Initiative is on schedule for FY2011 fourth quarter award. On the DHS Operations Centers (DOC) Block A interior fit-out procurement, the Source Selection Evaluation Board completed the technical review of the proposals and the Contracting Officer issued a request for best and final pricing proposals. The procurement remains on track for fourth quarter award by GSA Public Buildings Service National Capital Region."
