Body

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) operates the Correspondence Handling and Management Planning System (CHAMPS) at the Texas Service Center (TSC), which is designed to facilitate workflow management, production evaluation, and time and attendance functions. USCIS is updating this Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), originally published on January 13, 2009,  to reflect the addition of TSC employee telework information and emergency contact information to the employee profile of the Time and Attendance and Production Evaluation module of CHAMPS. USCIS is publishing this update because these modifications affect the collection, use, and storage of personally identifiable information (PII). April 2018
