Fiscal Year 2024 Applications for the Master Trainer Program are CLOSED.

Applications for Fiscal Year 2025 will open in September 2024.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A), National Threat Evaluation and Reporting (NTER) Program Office, Master Trainer Program is available through application only.

Applications submitted when the application window is CLOSED will NOT be considered until the next application window OPENS.

Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to review the Master Trainer Program Application FAQs for additional details on eligibility, minimum requirements, costs, application materials, and program expectations.

All applicants must be U.S. Citizens and have endorsement from their organization and/or supervisor to participate.

Important Notice

Based on high demand, only complete application packets received during the application window will be considered. A complete application includes:

  1. A completed and signed Master Trainer Program Application Form
  2. A resume documenting work experience
