CHCO's Blog - Change Your Story

Release Date: November 19, 2020

No one sets out asking for problems or difficulties, yet often what we think, say, and project brings about the very things we hope to avoid. We’re in constant communication with the universe. It listens and sends back to us what we emit. If we think life is unfair, hard, and unsatisfying, the universe often gives us more of the same. If we find only unkind things to say about others, we find those same unkind things are said about us. And when we project our unhappiness on those around us, we find we attract more unhappy people into our lives. Whereas, if we speak of abundance and do acts of kindness, and think lovingly about those we care about, it’s amazing that those too come back to us, sometimes in ways we least expect.

Think carefully about what programming you have instilled inside of you. Is it serving you well? Or is it a repeat of past hurts and disappointments? When you change the messages and scripts within you to more positive affirmations, you find that you begin to see more positive things in your life. As Tony Robbins once said, “the only thing keeping you from getting what you want is the story you keep telling yourself about why you don’t have it.” Make today the first day of the best story you’ve ever told yourself!
